Step-by-step guide to help members create a project

QN Solutions was created to help you find vetted, best-fit solutions to address your business challenges. The process is simple, quick, and effective. Get started with your project by following the step-by-step guide below.

Once you are logged in to your QN account, there are two easy ways to get started with your project.

Direct from your dashboard just click the Start a new project button:

Or from the top navigation, you can navigate to the solutions page and click through the Create project button:

Step 1. Select the department in need of a solution. We will match you with solution providers who offer solutions for your selected department.

Step 2. Select the area of interest. This refers to the specific area of interest within the department that you just selected. You will be shown multiple categories to choose from, but in order to pinpoint a targeted solution you can only select one area of interest.

Step 3. The third step is where we dive a bit more into the details of your project and the exact solution you are looking for. You can use the search bar to quickly find what you are looking for or scan the solutions provided on the page. You can select up to 7 solutions.

Step 4. The last step before we match you with your ideal solution providers is to select the top challenges you are looking to address. You can use the search bar to quickly find what you are looking for or scan the challenges provided on the page. You can select up to 7 challenges.

Now that you’ve completed your project brief we can match you with all the solution providers in QN that align with your requirements. The solutions will be segmented into 3 categories based on how closely they align with your project.

Highly Recommended: This category contains all of the providers that meet 100% of your project criteria and are guaranteed to offer the solution that you are looking for. We recommend that you request to meet with every solution provider shown in this category by adding them to your solutions queue via the Add To Queue button shown below their profile overview.

Recommended: This category will show you all solution providers that may not match all of your project criteria, but could still be a good fit. We recommend that you review the ones in this category and select to meet with them if you feel there would be value in the meeting.

You might be interested in: This category will show you solutions that have few matching criteria. You are still welcome to review and select solution providers from this bucket, just keep in mind, there’s a higher likelihood of the meeting not being a fit.

We highly recommend that for the best outcome you choose at least 5 solutions to your queue. You have the option to add up to 10.

Now that you’ve selected the solution providers you’d like to meet with you will finalize your project with some additional details and meeting availability. The detail you provide in this last step will help the solution providers better prepare for your meeting and streamline the scheduling process.

Once you save the project and send the meeting requests the solution providers will be notified and can view the pending requests on your solutions dashboard.

Log in to your account daily to review your action-needed items so that you can respond in a timely manner to meeting requests. You will receive email notifications regarding your meeting requests to the email attached to your QN account.
