Build your solutions queue

Once you've selected your project criteria, a list of matching solution providers will be displayed. You can build your solutions queue by adding your preferred solution providers, with whom you’d like to request a meeting with. Use these steps to build your solutions queue -

  1. Review all your matches. We recommend prioritizing more perfect matches to increase your chances of finding a solution.

  2. Add your preferred solution providers by clicking on the Add to queue button.
    For best results, add 10 solution providers.

  3. Click on Next

  4. Fill out your project information in detail

  5. Click on Save project and send meeting requests

Review your action needed tab

Once you request meetings with solution providers, they’ll have 2 weeks to respond to your meeting request. We recommend logging in and reviewing your dashboard daily for any action needed by following these simple steps:

  1. Log in to your Quartz Network account

  2. Click on the Action needed tab on your dashboard

  3. Take action!

Schedule your meetings

If your meeting request is accepted, the next step it to schedule the meeting -

  1. Click on the schedule now button in the action needed tab on your dashboard

  2. Select a meeting time from the available meeting slots and click on the Schedule meeting button. If you’re not available to meet during those time slots, click on “Suggest another time”

  3. Your meeting is scheduled! You can view your scheduled meetings from the dashboard under the Upcoming meetings tab.

  4. Check your email for a calendar invite.

Request additional meetings

You can request up to 10 meetings per project. If you want to schedule request additional meetings after the first request or solution providers decline your meeting request, you can add to your solution queue by -

  1. Log in and click on Solutions in the main navigation

  2. Click on the Projects tab

  3. Click on the Project details button within any project.

  4. Click on the Search results tab

  5. Add your preferred solution providers by clicking on the Add to queue button.
    For best results, add 10 solution providers.

  6. Click on Next

  7. Fill out your project information in detail

  8. Click on Save project and send meeting requests

Close a project

When you meet with a solution provider you like and your project needs are fulfilled, please close your project. Once your project is closed, it will no longer be visible to solution providers. To meet with more solution providers, create a new project.
